Let me first start at the beginning with my sales Rep, Mark Sonday. I could not have asked for a better sales Rep. Both in knowledge and service. A true mark of a great sales rep is how he handles project issues and a grouchy customer. Folks, I can be a very demanding client. As in any complex project, things can stray off the planned path. This is where Mark shines, he never takes it personal. He simply rolls up his sleeves, and gets it done. He ensures the issue is addressed, stay within budget and on time. When the project was complete, Mark played a key role in in coordinating outstanding issues. Not just with internal crews, but moreover, with his vendors. Months after the project I can pick up the phone and ask Mark any question on my building needs and my project ideas. He always answers the phone. Let me repeat that, Mark always picks up his phone!

Craftsmanship:

This is an easy one. I chose Cleary because I was confident that I was going to get a superior product. Based on community feedback, I knew I knew my building would withstand the Wisconsin elements and the test of time. However, I was not prepared to see just how beautiful and well-built my building turned out. The site crews are top -notch. If you are lucky to draw Rick Lewis’ crew, I can guarantee you will have the best built building on the planet! Rick and his crew are the best. Now, I have had other Cleary crews work my project as well. They too were good. However, Rick is top tier. His craftsmanship, attention to detail, and communications skills are what sets him apart from other crews.

Summary:

No need to go looking any further. No bargain hunting is needed. In the end, you get what you pay for folks. The leadership teams at Cleary understand how important these buildings are to their customers. This is why I went with Cleary and why I took the time to write this review.
