Cleary Building Corp. Expansion Complete with Partnership of National Construction

Cleary Building Corp. recently completed an over 20,000 square foot addition. In honor of the completion, Cleary and local general contractor partner National Construction celebrated with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Tuesday, August 17. The addition created additional office and work space for employees at the company’s Corporate World Headquarters in Verona, WI.

Cleary President, Sean Cleary stated, “the expansion represents a commitment by Cleary to the Verona community and to the continued future growth of the company.”

Cleary partnered with National Construction for a second time on the expansion project; the contractor worked with Cleary on its 2005 Verona addition project as well. The unique partnership brought together both companies’ construction teams to work on the project. A unique feature of the project is exposed interior rafters and ductwork that showcases Cleary’s pre-engineered building systems. Construction was completed safely amid the COVID-19 pandemic, and phased employee access minimized disruption.
