Cleary Building Corp. breaks ground on new commercial building in Tipton

TIPTON, IA – Ground was broken this week for the construction of a new Cleary Building Corp. commercial building on the corner of Alexander Drive and Highway 38. The new facilities will be 6,720 total square feet of office, retail and commercial space for John & Bonnie Dornfeld Developers. The tentative move-in date will be in March 2015.

“Cleary Building Corp. has been in Tipton since the early 80’s, and this project signifies our continued commitment to the Tipton area for many more years to come,” said Tipton Branch Manager Kerry Keller. “It’s been a pleasure working with the Dornfields on all of the design aspects of this project, and we look forward to the construction process and our ongoing relationship with them.”
