Cleary Building Corp. Partners with two-time U.S. Open Champion Andy North for Super Bowl Promotional Campaign

VERONA, WI – Cleary Building Corp. has teamed up for the second time with two-time U.S. Open Champion and local sports celebrity Andy North to promote its high-quality pre-engineered structure business. The partnership will continue Super Bowl Sunday, February 1, 2015, with a television commercial produced by Peak Creative in Mount Horeb, WI.

In the 30-sec. and 60-sec. spots, North takes Cleary Building Corp. President Sean Cleary on a trip “Back in Time” as the two ride in a futuristic sports car. Filmed in Southern Wisconsin at a site where two of North’s five Cleary buildings are located, the commercial will be played throughout the afternoon and evening of Super Bowl Sunday, as well as future times, on NBC15 (WMTV – Madison).

It’s worth noting that not only is North a Cleary customer and an advertising partner, but he shares another interesting connection with the company, a connection that goes all the way back to the year 1978. In 1978, Cleary opened for business and North won his first US Open Golf Tournament!

North is from Monona, WI, and now lives in Madison, WI. He won U.S. Open Championships in 1978 and 1985, and is currently a golf analyst for ESPN. He was elected to the Wisconsin Athletic Hall of Fame in 1998.
