Cleary Building Corp.’s official app streamlines tracking and payments for your project. My Cleary Building is the official mobile app of Cleary Building Corp. As an industry leader in post frame construction, we have created an app to streamline the tracking of your building project.

  • The app is for Erected projects only
  • You must have an active job number to register an account on the app
  • Once the project is completed, the Purchaser can no longer access the app and their project information.

My Cleary Building is the official mobile app of Cleary Building Corp. As an industry leader in post frame construction, we have created an app to streamline the tracking of your building project. Quickly and easily reference important signed documents at any time during the construction process, verify the accuracy of contact information and conveniently make payments directly from your phone, tablet or desktop computer.

Construction document organization and transparency is key to any building project, and convenient access of these documents for our clients is imperative. As a supplement to traditional printed copies of signed construction documents provided by your Building Sales Specialist, we have expanded our systems to include a mobile app that allows clients to access project information at their fingertips.

How to Register

The app is designed for active contracts and projects with Cleary. You’ll need a valid job number if you’re registering with a new account. Any ER job that is in-process and not completed or cancelled should work.

 

What do Purchasers see after registering- Dashboard

Once the purchaser has successfully registered with the My Cleary Building app, they will be directed to the dashboard. The photo to the right is what the dashboard will look like. This is where the purchaser can view their project status, personal information, documents and payment information.
