Meet The Cleary Team
Cory DeSmet
Cory has been with Cleary for more than 12 years and grew up around horses. Cory got his first horse at the age of 12 and has had a wide range of experience with them from raising, to training, to riding. He learned to do Farrier work in high school and continues to keep a small client list. He currently keeps a small 10-acre farm with 4 horses.
Dan O’Connell
Dan was hired at Cleary Building Corp. in September of 1980. He spent the first year working in the field helping to fleet Cleary Buildings. In the early fall of 1981 he was given the opportunity to come help out at the office with some drafting and miscellaneous projects. As luck would have it, Dan was able to continue working in the corporate office since that time. He has been primarily involved in the production end of the business but has helped out in the transportation department as well.
Jerry Berg
Jerry has been working for Cleary Building Corp. for 27 years and he learned about an opening in the company through his brother. Jerry has enjoyed meeting a lot of great people during his employment at Cleary Building Corp. and he has also had the opportunity to travel quite a bit. One of his favorite parts of his job is the camaraderie he has with the other guys on his crew.
Lynn Duerst
Lynn began working in the accounting department for Cleary Building Corp. 19 years ago. Lynn feels she has grown with the company and enjoys the camaraderie and challenges that come with her position. Lynn and her husband Tom, have a 620 acre dairy farm just 3 miles from Cleary Building Corp. and enjoys the added bonus of living so close to work. ” As our dairy operation grew we decided to modernize our cattle building ( 28 x 80 x 10’4”) and we also needed a larger machine / commodity ( 60 x 120 x 16’4”) shed to accommodate our growing business.
Roger Solberg
Roger has been employed by Cleary Building Corp since 1978, being promoted to Vice President of Engineering in 2002. Roger grew up on a family dairy farm in western Wisconsin and is a 1977 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering.
