Cleary Building and Vortex Optics Partner to Offer Exclusive Co-Branded Gear

Cleary Building Corp. partnered with Vortex Optics, the Barneveld, Wisconsin-based leader in high-performance optical equipment.  Qualifying Cleary Building Corp. Clients will be gifted exclusive co-branded Vortex Optics items featuring both company logos.  This will be for qualifying purchases of $200,000 or more, with contracts signed between May 21, 2026, and June 23, 2026 (one gift per transaction and additional terms apply below).

Ordering instructions and terms & conditions for the gift are noted below.   

• Offer period: Cleary/Owner Project Contract signed with full deposit as outlined in the contract signed from May 21, 2026, through June 23, 2026.
• Qualifying purchase: Receive one gift per transaction (contract signed) with a single qualifying minimum purchase of $200,000 contract or more, selecting an item from the qualifying tier level for one transaction. For example, if you have a contract for $350,000 you would pick one gift from Tier 1 OR Tier 2. The item can be selected once Cleary Building Corp. has assigned the project a job number, received the down payment, and accepted the contract. The Purchaser should forward their contract email to sales@clearybuilding.com, and state the item they would like to order from the list of tiers on the back of this document.  All orders will be shipped to the Purchaser’s address (under the “buildings specifications for” section on the contract), unless otherwise noted in the email.
• Shipment of the gift will only be within the continental United States.
• Taxes & reporting: Purchaser is responsible for any taxes, the company may report the value as income where required. There is no cash alternative for the gift. It is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other offers.
• Modification/cancellation: Cleary Building Corp. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the offer at any time. Cleary Building Corp. reserves the right to substitute a gift with equal or greater value.
