Cleary Building Corp. offers custom designed pre-engineered structures through all of their locations in the United States. Each Cleary branch office can offer an installed price or material only package to fit the Clients needs. We recognize that there are other people throughout the United States that would enjoy a Cleary building on their property but they are not near a Cleary location. We have designed 35 Do-It-Yourself (material only) packages based upon over 31 years of experience with post frame construction. We are offering an exceptional pricing structure on each package because these have standard sizes and accessories. We have prepared plans and material lists for each of the 35 packages so they can be ordered and shipped to the Client quickly and efficiently. Cleary Building Corp. will follow these general design requirements unless otherwise specified in the accessories of the model.

1. Buildings will be designed with the columns in ground.
2. Pre-painted Fabral Grandrib 3 Roof and Side Steel. (Brochure) (Color Chart)
3. 2" x 4" Purlins 24" o.c.
4. Standard Lower Chord Trusses (30 PSF Ground Snow load)
5. Saddled truss to column connection with 2 bolts. (Click here for an image)
6. Non-spliced triple 2" x 6" treated sidewall columns.
7. 2" x 6" girts.
8. 2" x 8" Treated Splash Plank with painted steel bottom trim.
9. Pre-painted trim: ridge, corner, gable, bottom and eave.
10. Footings will be specified on the plan and not provided by Cleary.
11. Roof and Side steel will be screw fastened in the pan with color matched screws to the steel panel.

The Purchaser is responsible for the building permit cost & obtaining the permit. If you need additional information please E-mail us the design requirements and we will call you to discuss. Professional engineering reviewed and sealed plans for the building shell with specific site conditions will be done at an additional cost and varies throughout the United States.

This will be a Material Only package and the Purchaser will be responsible for all items not noted on the building plans. Cleary will not provided any labor to install the building, concrete, excavation/site preparation, overhead doors, gutter & Downspouts, plumbing, electrical, or HVAC with the material only packages building.
